I want you to be thrilled with your purchase! Because each giclee print is made to order. I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the print must be in its original condition, unused and carefully repackaged in the original shipping materials.
Customised or personalised prints cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, Any item not in its original condition(damaged or altered) is not eligible for return.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your print is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact me immediately with photos so I can make it right.
Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed to your original method of payment and shipping cost within 5 - 7 business days.
