The Solent is a place I often visit, not only by exploring while walking around the coastline but also sailing during the summer months. It is a place full of inspiration and wonder.
I felt inspired to capture this colourful and warm seen during a few visits, to my delight the wetlands then, were covered in a carpet of pink and purple heathers. I couldn't miss the opportunity to paint that unique and amazing moment on canvas.
