Terms And Conditions for Pet Portrait Commissions

Payment Method: Please to ensure you are happy with the information on invoice provided for the payments.

General Term:

• All paintings include a signature that cannot be removed.

• I might record, take photos of the painting process, for my Youtube channel and Social media, once the painting has been received by the customer and is ok to do so, taking gifts timing in consideration with discretion.

• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable painting, for any reason.

• For the paintings that are delivered with a mount and backing board, this cannot be removed. The

mount is fixed to the backing board making the painting secured.

Process And Delivery:

• The process of my painting is watercolour realism, I use professional watercolour paints and my

choice of watercolour paper can be Fabriano Artistico or Arches, both makes are archival to the best

quality.

• The paintings normally take me to paint approx between one or three weeks depending on the

subject and the size of the painting.

• Deliveries can varied due to postage and transportation, which is out of my control. I will do my

very best to post the painting as quick as possible, to arrive safely.

• Postage will be tracked for International orders, with a cost.

• Postage will be tracked for UK orders, with a cost.

• I will notify you when I start on your commission and you therefore, lose the rights to a refund, once the deposit has been confirm and paid.

• If for any reason I am delayed due to health or other issue for the estimated delivery time, I will let

you know as soon as possible.

Revision:

• You get 3 opportunities of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.

• A fee will be added if you decide to change parts on the final painting.

• It is important that we agree on the order you requested from the start, please email if you have any questions.

Copyright Policy:

• I Michelle N White the artist, reserve the rights to the produced painting. Therefore I am able to use

the digital images to promote myself and my business, in my website and social media, with

discretion.

• The buyer is allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use, also if you wish to promote

your purchase, you are not forced to give credit to the artist, but it is very appreciated.

Refund And Cancellation Policy:

• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel your order before I started the painting you can receive a full refund.

Customer Satisfaction:

• I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.

• If you feel unhappy in regards to the commissioned piece, please let me know right away, so we can

find a solution together.

• I am willing to change some of my term for you as long as you request before I start on your

commission.

• I would appreciate a testimonial from you, once you receive the painting, to help my business.
