I'm really pleased with the two paintings of our family dogs, that Michelle has created. She has truly managed to capture not only their physical likeness but their characters as well. I am very impressed and I'm sure that my children will love them too.

Firstly you'll need to decide on the size portrait you'd like. I can recommend which size is best based on the subject, if you need advise.

Please notify me if it's for a special occasion, so we can agree on a date. Normally I will need two to three weeks for the painting to be completed.

I feel that it is important to capture the character of your pet and a clear image of his/her eyes. This helps me to create as much detail to achieve a realistic painting.

Feel free to send me various photos if you wish and we can agree for the most suitable picture to refer for your pet portrait.

I understand that some of your pets are sadly no longer with us, but don't worry, I will do my best to work with the photographs you have.

I need original images not screenshots.

Once you are ready to go ahead with the order, I'll send you a confirmation email with all the information agreed. This will take you through the process of receiving an invoice with a payment link, for an upfront 50% deposit to secure your order. This deposit will go towards the cost of the portrait.

I will contact you nearer the time before starting the painting to confirm the size and photo , we agreed and I will be working from. I'll let you know when I've started.

Process:

During the painting process, I'll keep you updated via email, sending you photos, to make sure you are happy with the progress.

Completion:

Once your pet portrait is completed, you will notified and you will receive a final invoice for the remaining payment. When payment is received and cleared, I will get in touch to notify of posting your painting. If you are local to Berkshire, England, I can arrange delivery (optional)

Postage & Packaging:

Posted Tube - For large size portrait size 12 x 16"- To ensure safe posting, your painting will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and plastic wrap, rolled up inside a postage tube.

This option is an additional - £5 UK & £15 International

Postage for sizes ( 8 x 10", 8 x 8" & 6 x 6") Your paintings will be carefully packed flat, in a white mount with backing board inside a plastic sleeve, wrapped in tissue and placed inside a posting flat parcel.

This option is an additional - £10 UK & £25 International
